I have over a decade of Software Engineering experience across multiple industries. Through my journey, I've defined four personal principles that I follow to be a better leader.

User First: I have empathy and respect for users of the products I build. I pursue actions that are in their best interests.

Humility: I am not the center of the universe or infallible. I am open to self-improvement.

Respect: I genuinely care about the people with whom I work. I treat them kindly and appreciate their abilities and accomplishments.

Trust: I believe in people and that they will do the right thing, and I am OK with letting them drive when appropriate.
